How My Journey Began

My spiritual journey began in May of 2023. I spent two months in Florida, caring for my dying mother alongside my siblings. During that time, I experienced awakenings—though I wasn’t sure what they meant at the time. When I returned home, I was drawn to books that spoke to my soul: The Four Agreements, The Power of Now, A New Earth, and many others. These books introduced me to the concepts of being present, letting go of ego, and viewing all people with love instead of judgment.

I began to meditate, quiet my mind, and even learned to "not think." When I first read that in The Power of Now, I remember thinking, “Eckhart Tolle has no idea how a woman’s mind works!” But over time, I experienced countless “aha” moments and truly began to understand the profound peace that comes with it.

I was fortunate to receive support and guidance from several people very close to me, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

About a year into my journey, I began to crave companionship. While I had a few people around me who were on a similar path, I felt the need for something more—a community. I knew that if I desired this connection, others must too. We just needed to find each other.

Who Am I?

I’m Patricia Webber, mother of four (one daughter and three sons—yes, I raised three boys!). I’m also a very blessed grandmother of five (so far, but I’m sure there are more on the way!).

After retiring in 2023, I quickly realized that I wasn’t ready for full retirement. As an entrepreneur at heart, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. I woke up each day with a sense of longing, until one morning, that feeling simply disappeared. I knew my purpose was on its way—I just needed to listen and wait for the guidance I was seeking.

What I’m Creating

That guidance led me to combine my desire for purpose with my longing for meaningful connections with others on a similar journey. I began to envision a room full of women, gathered in groups around tables—laughing, talking, sharing stories, and exchanging wisdom. That’s when it hit me: I want to create a space for spiritual growth, connection, support, and friendship. A place where people can come together, share their beliefs and experiences, and feel understood.

And so, I’m thrilled to introduce The Joy Connective. I’m so excited to begin this new chapter, and I can't wait to meet you!
